Target audience: The intended audience for the activity is Primary Care MD/DO and NPs/PAs and other clinicians managing patients with Heart Failure.

Primary care clinicians play a central role in the recognition and management of HF. In this unique, interactive activity, nationally recognized experts in HF management review critical aspects in the recognition and management of HF, including the integration of newly approved agents into clinical practice.
