The Family Medicine Associates are back for the second round of their Quality Improvement program!

In this second activity of the curriculum, you will be re-introduced to Family Medicine Associates, a “virtual” family medicine clinic that is initiating a QI project on the management of T2D. You’ll review the QI team’s progress and interact with them as they continue in their QI initiative.
