Improve the Quality of Preventive Care in IBD

Variation in the management of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is common and suggests poor quality of care. One aspect of care that is often neglected is preventive care, including the administration of appropriate vaccinations.
This activity focuses on improving quality measures addressing the optimal delivery of preventative care to adult patients with IBD. Learners will engage in a simulated QI initiative within a virtual practice, and address various issues including clinical decision-making, leadership training, data analysis, and team interactions.
